The masonite siding on the outside of our fireplace had been rotting out due to water damage. Nik removed the old siding, the material underneath, and replaced it with new siding, properly sealing every layer so the water dripping off the roof would not cause the problem again.
I've worked with a few other building crews and have never had the great service that Nik provided. And as an added bonus, I didn't have to clean up after him.
He did a fantastic job, on-schedule and UNDER budget and I am already planning on doing some additional work with him.
